The Pro-Rectory of Undergraduate Studies (“Prograd”) is responsible for the undergraduate education at FURG, following the entire academic life of students, since the admission into higher education, by the selective processes, to the academic records and graduation.

In addition to bureaucratic issues, Prograd is also responsible for ensuring the quality and adequacy of the undergraduate degree programs offered by FURG. This work is carried out by constant curriculum review and adaptation, assessment of programs and continuing education of professors, thus seeking to enable them for a teaching practice in the contemporary context.
